Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Damaged or Defective Products

Refunds

Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, PREDATOX LLC will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
