Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, or accidental damage.
  • Products that have been modified or altered.
  • Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items (if marked as non-returnable).
  • Gift cards or digital products, if applicable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:

  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
  • Photos of the product packaging, if applicable.

Once your claim is reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending your item.
  4. Securely package the product to prevent damage during transit.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if an incorrect product was shipped.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, PREDATOX LLC will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, you must follow the standard return process after receiving the product.


Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Limitation

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:
